How are your products made?

I draw and do the surface design for every product that we offer. You can find out more about me on our About page. Then I partner with professional printers to print and ship the products straight to your door. You can view the printers that we partner with below. We are proud to partner with amazing companies that print in the USA. We work with these companies because they have a proven track record of professional and fast service, ensuring we can deliver our beautiful products quickly to your home.

How long do orders typically take?

Though it can vary by product, most orders will arrive at your door within 6-9 business days, with the average delivery time of 5 days. We make every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. During peak shipping periods, such as the holidays, some orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

How will I know if my order has shipped?

Check the email address that you entered at checkout. You will receive an email in that inbox with tracking information as soon as your package ships out.

Why does it show multiple packages are being shipped?

Because we work with a few different printing companies, you may have products shipping from different locations based on the products you ordered. If you ordered multiples of the same product, you should have just one shipment. Because rugs are larger items, they will also be shipped individually.

How are Orders Packaged?

Rugs are rolled over a cardboard tube with the printed part facing out and wrapped with heavy clear plastic. The design will be partially visible through the plastic.

Canvas prints are shipped in heavy cardboard boxes with stabilizers to make sure the canvas isn't damaged.

Posters are rolled in a cardboard tube.

Lunch totes are shipped in a poly mailer.

Canvas Pennants are shipped in a cardboard tube.

Can I finance my order?

Yes! We offer payments through Klarna, which allows you to break up your payment into 4 smaller payments.

Do you Offer Returns?

If there is something wrong with your product, please contact us as soon as possible. For clear misprints or damage, we can provide a reprint of the item. You will just need to supply us with documentation of the damage. Since each product is made to order, we do not do returns if there is no damage to the product, but we still want to make sure that you are happy with your order. We will be happy to work with you to see what we can do.
